The AELTC endeavours to provide a high standard of accessible facilities for visitors with a disability, including those using a wheelchair.
For assistance in planning your visit, please contact us at museum@aeltc.com or on +44 (0) 208 879 5600 .
We are located in south London and accessible by public transport. You can find information about getting here on our website , and about transport accessibility from Transport for London .
Provision is made for Blue Badge holders on a first-come, first-served basis. For further information, please email museum@aeltc.com or call +44 (0) 208 879 5600.

Automatic doors give access to the Museum and shop where displays are within reach of all visitors, and a low-level counter provides a service point for wheelchair users.
Carers are admitted free of charge but still require a ticket.
Certified assistance dogs that are trained by members of Assistance Dogs (UK) are welcome in our Museum and on the Wimbledon Tour. The Orchard, at the top of The Hill, and The Pergola have dedicated spending areas to use during your visit.
If you are planning on bringing a certified assistance dog on your visit, please get in touch with us in advance by emailing museum@aeltc.com so that we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible.

An induction loop is located at the Ticket Desk and in the Wingfield Café.
Portable T loops for the audio guides are available from the Ticket Desk.
We operate BSL tours at scheduled dates throughout the year. A British Sign Language interpreter will work with our qualified guides to provide a detailed history and fact-filled tour of the Grounds. Please contact us directly for these dates at museum@aeltc.com.
The Museum and Museum shop have step-free access. We have made arrangements by providing level access routes throughout the Tour, with accessible facilities. However, please be aware that the tour duration is 90 minutes and while the route offers level access, it is granulated due to the hilly terrain of the Grounds.
Although the AELTC does not provide health care assistance or personal assistance, we encourage you to consider bringing a companion to offer the necessary support. A carer ticket is available for free to your companion. If you arrive at the Grounds without the required support, the AELTC is happy to rebook you for a day when you have arranged assistance or, if necessary, provide a refund. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or would like to discuss your visit to our Grounds.
