The Wimbledon Shop is open 10am - 5:30pm, Monday to Sunday.

During The Championships
There are 10 separate retail outlets open to the public during The Championships selling a wide range of official Wimbledon product such as clothing; rackets; tennis shoes, balls and accessories; towelling products; keyrings; bags; gifts and souvenirs.
There are three large shops: the Centre Court Shop, the No.1 Court Shop and the Museum Shop at the entrance to the Museum, which is also open year-round.
Online Refunds
If you are unhappy with your item, please follow the below process to return the product to us:
For Domestic Orders:
Register your return via our ‘Returns Form’ page.
Once you submit your return, we will automatically send you a confirmation email, with the address to which your items should be returned.
Return your parcel, preferably in the original packaging the product was sent in - our boxes have reseal strips for this purpose. You will be responsible for the cost of postage. Should the product be identified as faulty on inspection, the returns cost will be reimbursed along with the cost of the product when the refund is processed. You can send the item back using a carrier of your choice, however, we highly recommend using a tracked service. The AELTC are not liable for any loss, damage or theft and any costs incurred will not be reimbursed.
Refunds (less any import taxes and duties for international purchasers) will land in your account, within 15 business days of the product being received, if eligible.
For International Orders:
Register your return via our ’International Returns Form’ page.
Once you submit your return, we will automatically send you a confirmation email, with the address to which your items should be returned.
Return your parcel, preferably in the original packaging the product was sent in - our boxes have reseal strips for this purpose. You have the option to use a pre-paid returns label, the value of which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Should the product be identified as faulty on inspection, the returns cost will be reimbursed along with the cost of the product when the refund is processed. You can send the item back using a carrier of your choice, however, we highly recommend using a tracked service. The AELTC are not liable for any loss, damage or theft and any costs incurred will not be reimbursed.
For international returns, mark your parcel “return goods”, or it may get held up at customs.
Refunds (less any import taxes and duties and postage cost if pre-paid label is used) will land in your account, within 15 business days of the product being received, if eligible.
