What does a Museum & Tour ticket include?
Take a 90 minute tour of the Grounds with a qualified Blue Badge Tour Guide, plus access to Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum with free audio guides (availabe in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish) for the museum.

Booking
Do I need to book for the Tour and/or Museum?
All visits to the Museum and all tours of the Grounds must be pre-booked online via our booking website.
Can I have a refund if I need to cancel a ticket or cannot come?
Tickets purchased from us are refundable prior to 10 working days before the visit. Tickets are non-refundable within 10 working days of the visit date.
What is the pricing policy for disabled visitors?
Disabled visitors are charged at Concession rate or Child rate (if 15 or under). Carers go free.
Types of Ticket
Adult – 16 to 59 years old
Child – 5 to 15 years old. Please note that children (aged 5-15) must be accompanied by an adult. Family offer applies; One Child goes free for Every Full Paying Adult. Use the promo code FAMILY during booking. Please note, this applies to Museum Only and Museum & Tour tickets, not VIP Practice Week Tour tickets.
Infant – 0 to 4 years old - Free of charge. Please note, this applies to Museum Only and Museum & Tour tickets, not VIP Practice Week Tour tickets.

Pre-booking with a third party voucher?
We no longer accept vouchers issued by third parties i.e. Buy A Gift or Virgin Experience Days. If you hold one of these vouchers please contact the issuing company directly.
We no longer accept London Passes.
What if I can’t pre-book with a voucher
All holders of Wimbledon Gift Vouchers, issued by us, can pre-book online via our booking website.
My Voucher is going to expire, when can I visit?
The last date you can visit is the same date as the expiry date.
Planning your visit
What do I need to wear for the Museum and Tour?
Please wear comfortable footwear as there is lots of walking involved. The tours run in all weather so make sure you are dressed appropriately as parts of the tour will be outside.
What if it rains?
Some parts of the tour take place outside. The tour will continue in the rain, so please come prepared if the weather is inclement, as we are unable to offer you a refund should you choose not to take the tour. However, you can request a reschedule of your ticket up to 30 days after your scheduled visit.
Should extreme weather conditions cause the cancellation of a tour, you will be offered a refund or reschedule.
Where should I go when I arrive?
Please come to Gate 4, on Church Road, where you will have your bags searched. Please then go to the Museum & Tour admissions counter in the Museum Shop where you can pay for your tickets or check in for your tour if you have pre-paid.
Is there car parking?
There is no public car parking available on site.

Can I bring my dog?
No pets are allowed in the Grounds, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Where is the entrance?
The public entrance is located at Gate 4 on Church Road, SW19 5AG.
Where is the nearest London Underground station?
Southfields station, on the District line is the closest station. It is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride from the AELTC. The 493 Bus in the direction of Tooting departs regularly from close to the station. Visit the Getting here page and TfL website for further information.
Where is the nearest National Rail station?
Wimbledon station is the nearest National Rail station. Trains from Waterloo to Wimbledon take approximately 20 minutes. The AELTC is a short bus ride from the station on the 493 bus in the direction of Richmond. Visit the Getting here page and TfL website for further information.
Is there step-free access to the Tour and Museum?
There is step-free access to the Museum and Museum Shop. There is a step-free Tour route available – please contact us on +44 (0) 208 879 5600 for further details.
Is there a minimum age for children attending the Tour or Museum?
There is no minimum age, although the tour may not be suitable for very young children. Please see below. Children and young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the Tour suitable for young children?
The Tour lasts for 90 minutes and may not be suitable for very young children. We ask that parents ensure that children are properly supervised at all times for their own safety. Should children become disruptive, we may request that you leave the tour so that the enjoyment of others is not affected.
Are there facilities for baby changing?
Yes, there are facilities for baby changing in the Museum toilets and also in the Wingfield Cafe toilets.
Is there a cafe?
The Wingfield Cafe sells a delicious range of hot and cold snacks and meals. Please note that the café will be closed between Monday 17th June and Saturday 20th July.
Is there a shop?

Can I pay with cash?
Please note that we are a cashless Grounds, so please come equipped to make contactless payments.
Is there a cloakroom?
There are no cloakroom facilities onsite – you will not be able to leave luggage or coats behind whilst you attend your tour, so please consider this when preparing for your visit.
What items can I not bring?
Certain items are prohited from the Grounds for safety purposes. Before visiting, please refer to the full list of Prohibited Items here.
Can I bring my assistance dog or emotional support animal?
Certified Assistance Dogs that are trained by members of Assistance Dogs (UK) are allowed entry to the Grounds year round with advance notice to the Museum and Tours team. Dogs should remain with their owners at all times and must not block evacuation routes. Dedicated spending areas will be pointed out upon arrival.
If you are planning on bringing a certified Assistance Dog on site outside of The Championships, you must get in touch with us in advance by emailing museum@aeltc.com so that we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible.
Unfortunately, we do not currently allow other Emotional Support Animals in to the Grounds. This may change in the future once UK law recognises them.
What happens if you need to cancel my visit?
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your visit more than 24 hours in advance we will contact you using the contact information you have supplied.
If we need to cancel tours in an emergency we will communicate the latest information at Wimbledon.com/museum.
What if I need to cancel/re-arrange my booking?

During The Championships
Is the Museum open during The Championships?
The Museum is open to The Championships ticket holders for every day of the Tournament, opening at 10:00 and closing at 22:00, unless the Grounds close earlier. During The Championships, entry to the Museum is free of charge for all The Championships ticket holders.
Do tours run during The Championships?
There are no tours during The Championships.
